Our DEI Strategy is owned by our people, chaired by our CEO and delivered by our D&I Committee who reflect our diversity in age, cultural background, disability, gender and LGBTQI+ community.

Helping others

Volunteering is a meaningful way for our people to contribute back. We provide one day of paid leave each calendar year to volunteer at a not-for-profit organisation or for an environmental, community or charitable project. Good2Give is our workplace giving platform. Our people contribute to a charity of their choice, with over 2000 charities on the platform – we match donations up to the value of $500 a year.
