It is the current intention of the Directors to make regular, half-yearly distributions to CIF securityholders. The expected amount and key dates for the distributions are advised via ASX announcements made in late June and late December with payments being made in February and August respectively.

The key dates relating to the final FY2007 distribution and interim FY2008 distribution are as follows:

• The FY2008 interim distribution of 14.5 cents per security was paid on 28th February 2008.
• The FY2008 full year distribution will be confirmed in late August following the release of CIF's full year results, the payment date will also be announced at this time. We expect this date to occur at the end of August 2008.

On 18 December 2006, CIF suspended its Distribution Reinvestment Plan ("DRP") until further notice.

For Australian resident individual taxpayers trust distributions are recognised for tax purposes on a present entitlement basis.
