How do I access ChallengerOnline?
Investors - if you are an existing investor with Challenger your user ID and password will be automatically sent to you in the mail. If you did not receive your access details, please contact the Challenger Investor Services Team on 13 35 66.
If you are a new investor with Challenger your user ID and password will be automatically sent to you in the mail when your application is processed. If you do not receive your access details within 5-10 working days please contact the Challenger Investor Services Team on 13 35 66.
Advisers - if you are a new adviser to Challenger you will receive a user ID and password in the mail when your client's application has been processed; please allow 5 – 10 business days for this to occur. If you are already an adviser with Challenger and have not received your user ID or password, please contact Challenger Adviser Services on 1800 621 009.
What type of browser do I need to use?
You need Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0+ or above. This website does not support any other type including Opera, Firefox, Netscape etc. If you need to upgrade your browser please use this link: upgrade Microsoft Internet Explorer.
What security is being used?
