ChallengerOnline
ChallengerOnline is a secure website providing access to account information online for investors and their advisers.
Online account information is available for Challenger's managed investment range including the Challenger Howard Mortgage Fund. Access to other Challenger products will be available in the future and we will notify investors and advisers of the specific date closer to the time.
Investors
Investors in Challenger products will receive access to ChallengerOnline in April 2006 after which you will be able to:
- Access a consolidated view of all your Challenger accounts
- View and search for transactions specific to an account
- View bank, tax and other account information including regular savings plans and distribution information
- Update your contact information if your details have changed

Advisers
As an adviser who has clients with Challenger investments you will be able to view all your clients' information through ChallengerOnline. If you are a new adviser to Challenger when your client's account is set up you will automatically receive your access information. If you are already an adviser with Challenger and have not already received your access information, please contact the Challenger Adviser Services team on 1800 621 009.
ChallengerOnline enables you to:
- Search for clients and view a full client list
- View your clients' account/s
- View and search for transactions specific to a client's account
- View bank, tax and other account information including regular savings plans and distribution information
- Download client account and contact information in CSV formated files
