Asset portfolio
CDI provides investors with an exposure to a geographically diverse portfolio of high quality assets in the office, retail and industrial property sectors. As at 30 June 2012, CDI's portfolio was weighted 94.5% to Australia, and 5.5% to France.
As at 30 June 2012, CDI's portfolio was 94.1% occupied and had a weighted average lease term to expiry of 5.0 years (by income).
