Asset portfolio

CDI provides investors with an exposure to a geographically diverse portfolio of high quality assets in the office, retail and industrial property sectors of Australia and Europe. As at 31 December 2009, CDI's portfolio was weighted 91% to Australia, and 9% to France (weighted by value including development).       

CDI's asset portfolio is characterised by high occupancy levels, long weighted average lease term to expiry and a high proportion of fixed rental increases. As at 31 December 2009, CDI's portfolio was 96.5% occupied and had a weighted average lease term to expiry of 5.3 years (by income). Average age of properties was 8.9 years.

Property leases at 31 December 2009 were weighted towards stable government and listed company tenants with these representing 80% of the portfolio (by income).
