Asset portfolio
CDI provides investors with an exposure to a geographically diverse portfolio of high quality assets in the office, retail and industrial property sectors. As at 30 June 2011, CDI's portfolio was weighted 93.5% to Australia, and 6.5% to France (weighted by value including development).
As at 30 June 2011, CDI's portfolio was 93.7% occupied and had a weighted average lease term to expiry of 5.0 years (by income).
