Challenger Diversified Property Group (ASX:CDI) listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) on 23 October 2006.

CDI aims to provide investors with exposure to a diversified portfolio of high quality, well located properties which offer stable income returns and potential for capital growth.

In pursuing this investment objective, CDI adopts an active investment strategy.
