Challenger Kenedix Japan Trust (ASX: CKT) listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) on 30 April 2007, providing investors with exposure to a portfolio of quality Japanese real estate assets managed by Kenedix, Inc. (Kenedix) - a leading Japanese real estate fund manager.

CKT was de-listed on 9 February 2010 following implementation of the trust scheme between CKT and Challenge Life Company Limited.
