This is achieved via entering into sale and lease back arrangements and pre-committed development projects with wine companies and contract growers. These arrangements provide capital management/release solutions to the wine industry, with CWT negotiating a tailored solution for each operator based on a range of parameters including credit quality, capital expenditure requirements, lease term and structure.
