WaveStone is an Australian equities fund manager with a high conviction, risk-aware investment approach. WaveStone's aim is to provide capital growth over the long term (at least five years) and tax-effective income.
WaveStone looks to invest in companies with a sustainable competitive advantage, because it believes that these companies are most likely to enhance portfolio returns. WaveStone also has a range of tools on hand such as derivatives and short selling which it uses primarily to protect investors' capital, and also to potentially strengthen portfolio returns.
