Session details
- Conducted online for your convenience
- Sessions run throughout the year, Monday to Friday between 9am - 5pm, and will be starting in July 2025
- The format is either 1:1 or within small groups and will be used for internal purposes only unless consent is provided otherwise

Eligibility details
- You will need a computer or laptop with a camera and microphone/sound
- Be comfortable using online meeting applications such as Teams, Zoom or Google Meets
- Be available to participate in an online virtual meeting at a time which suits between Monday to Friday from 9am - 5pm
- Both existing customers and non-customers can participate so can Power of Attorneys (POA)
- You must be currently residing in Australia
