Entry
1.Entry is open to all persons over the age of 18 years, and also need to follow @challenger_retirement on Instagram and entered required details on the form hosted on https://go.challengergroup.com.au/WIN_Challenger_PGA_Ticket. To be eligible for the competition each of these criteria need to be meet. Any prize awarded is personal to the individual.
2. The competition opens 21 October 2024 and closes on 4 November 2024. The winning entry will be randomly selected on the 7 November 2024. The winner will be contacted on Thursday 7 November 2024, using the information provided in the form.
3. Entry is not open to employees or agents (and their immediate families) of Challenger Group and Challenger’s associated entities. The judges may disqualify an entry by any person if, in their absolute discretion, inclusion of the entry would adversely affect public confidence in the competition or the reputation of Challenger or its associated entities. Entrants must, if requested by Challenger at any time, provide details of their employment, and age.
4. To be eligible for entry, entrants must complete the competition entry form available at https://go.challengergroup.com.au/WIN_Challenger_PGA_Tickets and be following @challenger_retirement on Instagram. Entrants must be over the age of 18 years and have a valid form and email address.
Prizes
5. There will be 5 winners for BMW Australian PGA Championship (Royal Queensland Golf Club, Brisbane) 21-24 November 2024 – each winner receives 2 x General Admission passes for the BMW Australian PGA Championship (Royal Queensland Golf Club, Brisbane) 21-24 November 2024. Each pass is valued at AUD$35.There will be 5 winners for ISPS Handa Australian Open (Kingston Heath & The Victoria Golf Club, Melbourne) 28 November to 1 December 2024 – each winner receives 2 x General Admission passes for ISPS Handa Australian Open (Kingston Heath & The Victoria Golf Club, Melbourne) 28 November to 1 December 2024. Each pass is valued at AUD$36.
6. The prize is non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash. If the prize is unavailable for any reason, Challenger reserves the right to replace that prize with another prize of comparable value.
Determination of winners
7. The winner will be contacted directly by a Challenger representative using the contact details provided in the entry form. The winner will need to have provided a valid email address to claim the prize. The winner must respond within 5 days to claim the prize, if not the prize will be redrawn.
8. The competition is a game of chance.
9. At the time and date specified in the “Entry” section, each valid entry will be entered into a process of random selection.
10. The winning entry will be the entry that is selected at a random draw.
11. The decision is final and binding, and no correspondence with entrants or any other person will be entered into. Challenger reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify entrants who do not comply with the terms, do not participate in the competition in good faith or who interfere with the entry process.
12. Challenger reserves the right to request the winning entrant to provide proof of their identity.
Liability
13. It is the responsibility of each entrant to notify Challenger of any change to their contact details within 5 days.
14. No responsibility will be taken by Challenger for lost or late entries. Further no responsibility will be taken by Challenger if a system or form glitch occurs during the submission process.
15. Challenger accepts no liability for any loss, damage or any personal injury whatsoever which is suffered or incurred by any entrant or third party (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential loss or damages) as a result of the competition or the prizes except any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
16. Each entrant indemnifies Challenger against any losses suffered or incurred in connection with any claim which arises as a result of the entrant’s participation in the competition.
17. Challenger reserves the right to vary the terms of, or cancel, the Competition at any time without liability to any entrant or other person, subject to applicable laws.
Intellectual property and privacy
18. Personal information of entrants will be collected by Challenger, entered into a database and used to offer products and services of Challenger and its related entities and business partners. You may contact Challenger to seek access to the information Challenger holds about you or to inform us you wish to be removed from our contact list. Acceptance of terms and conditions
19. Participation and entry in the competition means that the entrant warrants that he or she meets the entry requirements and is deemed to involve acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
