Simplified application process

Apply online using our simplified application process with no signatures required. You can complete identity verification by providing your ID documentation securely online.

Timely notifications

You’ll receive SMS and email notifications when important actions are required including when:

  • a beneficiary nomination is lapsing 
  • payments are about to be indexed 
  • a term annuity is approaching maturity  

Power of Attorney access

If you have appointed a Power of Attorney, they can be provided with their own secure access to view information and complete approved actions on your behalf. If you would like to add a POA to your account, you can find more information here.

Provide consent to your adviser

If you have appointed a financial adviser in relation to your account, they will be able to assist you with performing actions on your account online. Actions initiated by your adviser online will be sent to you for review and final consent. Keeping you in control.
