You’ll be guided through what you need to do, when you need to do it, with prompts and confirmations along the way. We’ve also added Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to help keep your information secure.

- If you have a company account with us, you will need confirm who will be the primary contact requiring online access
To update your contact details call us on 13 35 66.
- Your investor number and policy numbers will not change, this includes your InvestorOnline UserID
- You will need to reset your password the first time you sign in to InvestorOnline
- Maturity instructions must be submitted 2 business days prior to the maturity date
- If you have an adviser, we’ll be contacting them to share the new improvements we’ve made.
