We’re inviting our customers to participate in an online research survey that will help us better understand how people approach retirement income decisions and how we can improve the information and support available to customers.

Challenger has asked Strativity Group, the world’s leading boutique customer strategy consultancy (Forrester 2019) to collect and analyse the data. Strativity are being assisted by Pureprofile to facilitate and host the survey.
Because your privacy is important to us the survey is anonymous. All data is deidentified and only reported to Challenger in aggregate.
Participation involves completing an online survey that asks for demographic information, your general financial position and your attitude towards annuities. The survey should take about 4-7 minutes to complete.
Once you’ve completed the survey, you will have the opportunity to enter a game of skill competition to win one of five $100 gift cards.
The entries judged the best (the “winners”) will be notified via email or phone and receive their prizes within 7 days following the survey close date. The winners first names and home states will be published on the Strativity Group website, Wednesday 29 April 2026.
