We’re inviting our existing and future customers to participate in an online research survey that will help shape our future communications and product development.

Challenger has asked Investment Trends, a leading researcher in financial services, to collect and analyse the data. The Investment Trends research team will be using Alchemer, an online survey platform, to facilitate the survey.
Because your privacy is important to us the survey is anonymous. All data will be de-identified.
Participation involves completing an online survey that asks for demographic information, your general financial position and your attitude towards Challenger. The survey should take about 10-15 minutes to complete.
Once you’ve completed the survey, you will be entered into the draw to win one of 10 EFTPOS digital gift cards valued at $100 each (5 x $100 gift cards for existing customers and 5 x $100 gift cards for non-customers).
The winners of the draw will be notified within 14 days of the draw date at 12:30pm Monday 12 January 2026 via email or phone. Names of the winners will be published on Challenger’s and Investment Trends’ websites on Monday 12 January 2026.
