Things to do after launch

  • First time access

    At launch you will receive an automated email with instructions to sign in for the first time. You will need to sign in and complete the required ID verification and reset your password. Veryfying your ID is only required the first time you sign in to the new AdviserOnline.

  • First time access for your team

    Any of your team members who are currently registered for AdviserOnline will receive an email with sign in instructions.

New InvestorOnline for clients

 

Your clients and their recorded POAs will also soon have access to a new InvestorOnline portal which is simple to use and will make it easier for them to access key documents and information about their account.
 

The new InvestorOnline will offer your clients the ability to:

  • Securely access their account using Multi-Factor Authentication
  • View account information and update key details such as address and bank account information
  • Provide continuity information with just a few clicks
  • Quickly provide instructions for things such as term annuity maturities
  • View or download documents such as Centrelink Schedules   
  • New online capabilities for recorded POAs to view, update and provide consent
