Your pre-launch checklist
- What you need to do before launch
- Transitioning to the new AdviserOnline
Here are a few simple steps you can take now to ensure you’re ready to make the most of the new AdviserOnline when it launches:
- Update your contact details: Make sure we have your own individual work email address (not a shared or group inbox) and mobile number - required to access the new AdviserOnline and support Multi‑Factor Authentication. If you need to update your details, please email our Adviser Operations team at operations@challenger.com.au, or contact us on 13 35 66, Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm (AEST).
- Register your support staff: Each support staff member will need their own individual access. Please ensure they’re registered for AdviserOnline ahead of launch. You or your staff can do this now by clicking “Sign in” at challenger.com.au and follow the instructions to register new users.
- Check your clients’ contact details: Ensure we have your clients’ email address and mobile number so they can access the new InvestorOnline, provide digital consent when you act on their behalf, and receive important notifications. Your clients can contact us on 13 35 66 to update their details.
As we move toward launch, we’ll keep you and your clients informed, with a short transition period and clear guidance to ensure everything continues smoothly:
- Keeping your clients informed: We’ll be communicating directly with clients as we approach launch. You’ll be kept informed of all client communications, with copies available here.
- Transaction freeze: There will be a short transition period during which changes to client accounts won’t be available, as we move to the new version of AdviserOnline.
- Applications in progress: We understand you may have applications underway at the time of transition. Transitional arrangements will be in place for a period after launch. For now, please continue using the current process.
- New PDSs and TMDs: New Product Disclosure Statements (PDSs) and Target Market Determinations (TMDs) will be issued. From launch, all new quotes and applications must use the new versions. The current PDS and TMD for each product are always available on our website.
