Challenger has been using our digital engagement tool ‘Retire with confidence’ for the last nine months. So far, we have had excellent results, having been able to support and educate hundreds of direct customers.
The video below is an example of how our existing tool can be updated and adapted to cater specifically to a superannuation fund’s member base to assist with the transition from accumulation to decumulation. With a user-friendly interface, this kind of tool has the ability to engage and educate members, ultimately providing them with the information to select the retirement income product that is right for them.
