Challenger sells Kapstream stake and enters distribution agreement

Challenger Limited (ASX:CGF) today announced the sale of its 25% equity interest in Australian based global fixed income fund manager, Kapstream Capital Pty Limited (Kapstream), to Janus Capital Group Inc. (Janus), a US-based global investment business, for $45 million.
